yes it was good to see the pictures you posted I think it was all text copy and links a couple of weeks ago, and Jan did sort of push everything out together rather than making a big fuss of things (I love his tell it like it is without spinning anything style)
we need a bit more detail on numbers of acres/hectares being planted and when (some new ground may not be ready yet due to irrigation pipes being needed)
Just hope he can get the standard loan to pay off the exiting debt before it converts, which I guess requires the final CBRE report. A nice calendar of farming activities would be great to see:
for example - completely made up:
March -Seedlings planted indoors, final ground preps (100 acres)
April - 100 acres seedlings planted - instal water for 80 more acres
June - plant new 80 acres
July - first harvest 100 acres
Aug - first harvest new 80 acres
Sept - second harvest 100 acres,
Oct - final cut all 180 acres
we can then set expectations for which quarters to see revenues and costs in.
