The reason a RS is bad is this. In the penny world when you see a RS split it usually is not the end of them. The company gets so comfortable with them that they dilute the crap out of the stock again and then RS all over. There are tons of stocks out there that are on their 4-5 RS. I dont think we will see one to be honest. The increase in shares was not that bad. I really thought it would be more. Granted I hate the fact that he did it but still it could of been 10 billion shares.
The problem is that it will increase again and will not stay at 1.9 billion. It takes millions and millions to run this kind of network and it looks like dilution is the path he is following. I am just hoping for a quick run-up so I can get out of this impending disaster.
