I think market makers are loading and so are Institutions that know Edge Therapeutics has other studies underway

Right now, they just had a big upset, and SO MANY institutions were loaded with stock in the $13-$17 range.

It's crazy to see a stock gap DOWN 92% and Institutions were actually taking such losses when they know EDGE has $88,000,000 in cash?
