They were only able to raise 864k in the last offering, well below what they needed to make the payment and have working capital. I wonder how those who participated in the placement feel now.. I picked up more today for a bounce, we’ll see. Let’s not forget those options they granted themselves are excersizable at.17 and we’re immedia vested.
