On LRDR, I contacted the court clerk two days after the custodianship was awarded. I was able to get her to verify, but it was another 4 - 5 days before officially announced. Someone also contacted Arcaro's attorney prior to court announcement and the attorney also verified. It all has to do with the workload of the clerk.
