I would expect communication from the company to improve as we get closer to these dates and imposed quiet periods end.

yes....somebody that claims to have spoken to them last month mentioned a merger but said he will let the company announce it for themselves when the time comes....we thought he was full of bologna but perhaps not afterall?

Often times companies go under NDA'$ before releasing huge contractual agreements with other companies. This is a very good thing as to protect their interest & possible mergers. These quarterlies are going to show that they have also made substantial gains in money !! DSGT$$$_$$$$
