this is not an otc stock, which is what you guys are playing it as. but, go ahead and prepare to be a bagholder here as well. the r/s will happen one way or another. rnva will reset and modify its capital structure for growth despite the penny players attempt to manipulate the pps. nobody with SENSE is going to buy rnva when a r/s looms so close. the company is worth less than $10mil at this juncture, and less than $5mil if they don't close this latest acquisition. so, .02 is fully valued. .05-.10 is mega overvalued, and is very dangerous considering the coming as increase and/or r/s. nobody with brains or who cares about money wants to be left holding those bags.
