Looks like a Travel Channel feature. Trips to France, Cuba, etc. Oh, and those first class hotels, extravaganza dinners. For what? Particularly Cuba who have ratified the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty. Better relationships with the Academics? The last private sector company attempting diplomatic representation with these people would be SFRX, a non-productive non-shipwreck producing company with a ten year zero track record. This was definitely an eye opener for me to see the excruciating hurdles they have had to deal with and the huge barriers they had to jump with the State of Florida. I don't think anyone can deny their tenacity and devotion to finding treasure.
