the company has already stated what they need. they are now even reaching out to shareholders to get what they need. if shareholders deprive them of the ability to act to save and grow the company, everybody loses. that is a fact. a r/s is a necessary evil at this point. rnva will be better off for it next year. will allow them to finalize their acquisitions and even target other acquisitions.
