In the paragraph I quoted from their last ER I'm pretty confident the sale of the division only includes their Internally manufactured generics. Not ones contracted by them to be manufactured. So IPCI would continue as it is making it and MNK would sell it still.

It just sound very odd if they sold own generics and still hold other generics.

If they only wanted to sell Oxy as you told, why wouldn't they but more effort in marketing the other generics like Seroquel? If this is the case, then it's even worse than what we have expected. I mean if they try to market Seroquel with "full power" but they just don't manage to do better. Then we will be trapped in present sales without any hope for any better.
