Earnings should not even matter, the sale of the company will preclude earnings. Just odd how the stock reacts with all of the positive news. Continually pushed down. Level 2 constantly has walls of larger volume on the offer side and even when an offer is bought out another larger offer will pop up. For instance it will have $4.05 for 1,000 that gets bought out then another will pop up for $4.02 for 1,000 and $4.00 for 1,500. If the stocks last sale is $4.05 what seller in their right mind would instantly offer up ever more shares instantly (and I mean the second it sells) for less that the last price sold? Something is odd about the way it trades.
