I don't see a CE symbol on my t.d. hmpq position, so can I still sell the stock? I thought someone said people can only sell the stock but nobody can buy it when the caveat emptor sign is on it
but people have been buying the stock for weeks, right? the price action has been vomitous for anyone holding shares, great for anybody that bought shares a day before the 1 day 400% spike, and sold em all off in the same day, an absolute nightmare stock for anybody holding before then thru now. I'm up 18%, but I guess I should sell all the the shares and buy back after the c.e. is removed. I dunno how low this is gonna go

From what I understand Sal's lawyers have been working on the removal process. The powers that be want to keep this down for now, for their own nefarious reasons. Sal is a smart man and he will figure a way to get around this soon. I'm looking at this right as a buying opportunity. I have complete faith in this company and know I will make money. HMPQ "ROCKET TIME"
