That's a horrible comparison. Just horrible as that company was going through BK process. Naturally those companies are bought at major discount.

What was that companies debt? Amedica has very little debt.

DNDN had 580m convertible note + 65m in short term liabilities. Not to mention a stockholders deficit of 320m with a net loss of 73m Q3'14 (last financial statement) down from 208m previous year.

Amda couldnt be more different.
