thanks for reply. I am thinking it's more growing pains than lack of management skills. hopefully they will get in the groove with their growth and continue growing. BTW..the negatives about their service were such a small number its almost meaningless. they must do a pretty good job or there would be a lot more negatives. people with a problem are more inclined to give feedback than those with a good experience which by the numbers would indicate they've been doing a great job.
