I did not get a response from either Noelle or the PR agent. Noelle has previously responded to every one of my emails, and returned my calls (not sure why, but it's true).
I do truly believe she is on lock down. This is NOT normal for her to be completely unresponsive, and the PR agent confirmed that Noelle was back in the office as of Tuesday, and that she was meeting with her.
I have no doubt something is happening, and believe it will be a matter of days or weeks until we find out. Interesting times.
