Looks like they are announcing an issuance or transfer of stock to 72 investors,not sure if it was their private restricted stock or treasury stock but looks like it is AFTER the FACT.
Maybe to cover their butts?

Great point- what do we know about the investors in this group, it's a nice chunk of change coming in and I wonder what gain of experience/influence will come from this group.
