You need someone at the top of the U.S government agency for one of their close family member to really get sick from one of these bugs to finally make them realize that they are not invincible , the ones that have not been affected by either loosing a family member or witnessing someone suffering from one of these deadly bugs have no clue of the great importance in trying to regulate the spread of these bugs
