Last October I was told by Andrew Patient in a phone conversation they would start the HAP tests within 60-90 days. I talked to him again shortly after the 90 days expired(January 2018) and told them they had not started the tests within 60-90 days.

Instead they have spent some 10M$ money ...

Money they did not have but they had to ask some new investors for.

We all know this can't go this way much longer.
