The excuses are mounting up. Let's see......I seem to recall it was a summer monsoon storm that wiped out the pads early on. Then, it was too much silt/clay in the solutions. Then, it was a zinc problem. Then, it was too much salt. I think sabatoge was even mentioned. In between, they changed "experts" several times. These professional miners at Santa Elena are just really unlucky, it seems.
