I have no clue anymore tilator. And the main reason I have no clue anymore is due to the ongoing downright poor/pathetic quality of IPCI's market messaging.

They alone control market perception by the results and material progress they produce and their abilities and/or lack of abilities in storyline messaging.

The old adage "perception is reality" comes to mind these days, and right now the market simply has no faith that the currently assembled IPCI mgmt. team is getting the job done, or can get the job done, right.
