Randal's pathetic Private Placement. Good one Randal. You're new Private Placement for 3 million debt placement when converted to shares at $300,000 a shot will convert to what, half a cent a share, maybe one third a cent a share? I guess Randal you are showing the world that you are going to lose the arbitration to DNI Metals with this placement? Just my opinion.
