Wow, hadn't quite thought of it that way. Not sure that I believe Adage really has much say here, but Amgen almost certainly does through several different means. At a minimum they have effectively tacitly approved of the board and interim CEO. I guess you would have to conclude that things must be going OK with NEO from Amgen's perspective.
