You’re absolutely correct however they Made personal threats and BLACKMAILING attempts on that Twitter feed which is affiliated with ONCI....Cyber Bullying is a crime..Turns out the FBI takes that very seriously in light of what happened in Florida with the school shooting and them not doing their job 100%. They reacted very quickly and swiftly and had the account shut down and are compiling any information that is being sent to them with anybody else that may be assisting with this individual...That TWITTER account had Ties to ONCI
