it depends on when/whether manager updates shareholders/SEC with their latest fiings. They tweeted and updated their website recently. I was told by the company on twitter that they are planning to update the SS on their website. but I haven't seen any. Tiny floater, who knows, maybe some promoter will run it before company updates.
