That claim is verifiably false.

Anyone can look at MMEX's SEC filings, at sec.gov - the Form 8-K was filed, along with a copy of the shareholder letter, and the JPG artifacts that include the MMEX logo and Mad J.'s signature.

The "terms sheet" is not included in the filing.

Unfortunately that is also incorrect. The full shareholder letter was submitted to the sec including the term sheet.
