Thats very poor, will SIAF even turn have negative margin.

The 270.8 was the total revenue for SIAF for 2016, so Q4 was 14, as RD reports.

However, looking at the Quarterly reports for 2016, the total revenue for Q4 in 2016 was only 8 million (270.8 - 262.8 M revenue for 9 months), so Q4 was better in 2017 than in 2016, at least.

MEIJI could be rounding error. Looks like they didn't sell any. Or a correction on previous quarters.
