They take from unissued (authorized) shares every single month to cover expenses and fund cash flow. Look into their previous filings. This isn't anything new.

According to your previous projections we should be sitting @ 8 cents by now. But the asks keep getting bought up.
Why are they being bought up more than ever before is a question you should be asking. The company has been funding itself the same way it always has, and its all available in their filings
