one advantage of knowing there should be no toxic dilution going on; which we know shouldnt be going on is that you can spot when there is funny business going on. if bmic or vfin or vdfn or other non regular market makers show up on the ask and there is no known toxic dilution going on they are probably shorting to get the accumulation price down. it doesnt take much shorting to get this stock to stall right now.
