I was part of the enforcement at one time..people didn't want to use them, they had to be made to use them or face a fine. Air Bags are still disliked by people. There is usually a off switch for the passenger side. And tampering with one is against the law. I heard hundreds of complaints of how said they were too tight, restrictive and just plain uncomfortable. Then people began seeing people walking away from terrible accidents because they used seat belts. Air Bags have a nasty side effect of rub burns and the powder used in them is irritating to the eyes and nasal passages. It's nice to say there is No Side Effects To Your Phone Being Silenced While You Drive...GO ONCI !!!!!!!!!1
