I don't know about that. I can tell you the other I mentioned is a three year audit with lots of transactions involved. I believe it's all the stress tests that take time. Things can look like they are closing up and one small issue is found that requires more stress tests and edits. I'm hoping the one I mentioned is at the end of this cycle as they have pr'd as such, but it's been a drag for some time. Good luck.
