This is a SCAM...through and through....as for acquisitions, LMAO. They dont have any capital to execute any transactions and given the current bloated structure, they would have to double the authorized or R/S this just in an attempt to bloat it again. Acquisitions...that same BS language has been up on their site and in PRs for YEARS....still non executed...surprise, surprise.
The fundamentals or more accurately the lack of them, speak for themselves and the PPS speaks even louder....
