This guy has been moving up in "small" increments. If he follows the pattern, he would move up to about 1.5 billion. But I think he is going to go deeper this time. Your 2 billion sounds good but I'm going to shoot for 5 billion. To run this company, he is going to need big bucks and at this pathetic pps, he is going to need more shares. 5 billion now, another 5 billion by mid-2007.
