here's the two important things we don't know:

How profitable was bizrite in 2017 which will help us know how profitable sgmd will be in 2018?

"Upon raising additional capital, the Company will compensate BizRight and its owners an additional four million dollars ($4,000,000) in cash. "

How soon will this be required? Will sgmd need to do more convertible share sales ie dilution at lower stock prices?

we may get the answer to these questions in the 10k due 4/30 or sooner if they do a convertible share sale. In either case, look out below.....
