$5-10 is very reasonable but I'd say in a year or two. They have already stated they can't afford and don't want to do the phase 3 and 4 trials which takes years to complete. They will be looking to do a buyout and I'm sure plenty of companies like Bayer are already throwing bids into the ring to obtain the patent and continue with phase 3 and 4. On the low end I'd say this would not them a couple billion buyout with a certain percentage of royalties and such. Buyout would put it around 5-10 and royalties coming in with no overhead of operating costs really... just cash upon cash upon cash haha
