Probably we can be sure a couple of things will be happening quickly in April.
3D will be setting a jury trial date on nanosux stiffing them and longside will be filing another order to demand payment from nanosux for stiffing them as well.

It's up to the judges of these cases to stop the nonsense an end the trading of n-t-ek and n-t-gl once and for all.

Then there will be no reason to post to stock chat boards about a scam company.

I don't see anything clearing the warrant for jeff in Florida, and canceling the principals hearing to finalize his warrant may be a timing thing, not a cancellation of the request for his warrant of arrest.

I'm not sure about this, but I believe NTEK has not been allowed to
issue more shares because of the Long Side case by court order. If that is indeed the case, Foley only needs to payoff the $2+ million judgement so he can fire up the printing press once again.
Look for the supposed funding to be a convertible note for whatever NTEK owes Long Side and they will claim the rest of the funding will come soon.
There is no way in hell someone is going to commit $21 million to this scam.

It’s absolutely amazing how many times NTEK (DF) made promises that were broken or clearly proven false over the years yet fan group still cheering on the outerweb. From the NP-1 that was going to be a game changer with thousands shipped to retailers yet never appeared anywhere. To the Akyumen phone with UF app pumped 2 years ago yet still nowhere in the universe. Now we have UF 3.0 which was promised a year ago and the $21 million funding which was supposed to be released more than half a year ago and still waiting. I’m sure nothing is going to happen in April and then either they will say available in Sept. or financing fell through but they have another lender who has guaranteed funding and they’re finishing it. Meanwhile the fan club will go along with however far the bar is moved and quickly forget all the other broken deadlines. I remember numerous shareholder’s letters that stated audited financials soon and how when didn’t happen the excuse they hired another accounting agency that was working on them and would be ready in days but of course that was over two years ago and still no audits and now they don’t even talk about audits. When the person running an unaudited penny stock is a convicted felon that’s all you need to know that this is a scam.
