So right now, Charles Townsend is the owner of $CWIR.

If there is a person what CAN dispute the control of this company, is HIM!

BUT ... last attorney letter was signed by BOTH Charles AND Harry!!!!

So no way in hell, Charles is disputing the control!

Which takes us to Randolph? Why didn’t he dispute control of the company before Harry showed up? Hmmmmmm!!!!!

I smell an unknown party into the mix!

And Yes!!! Charles or Harry needs to file the 10K very soon!!!!
