3. CEO is a convicted felon
4. Transfer agent is gagged
5. Billions and billions of shares out
6. Noone knows what the share structure is.
7. No verifiable customers
8. No verifiable sales or profits
9. Press releases 100% fluff
10. David schmidt (enough said)
