That type of a scenario will never end. It's over Opti, you just have to accept it. If anybody ever went and listed the lies and misrepresentations Campo did over the years it would prove and reflect the type of man you keep supporting.
But, it is NOT in his best interest to reregister the Company. It is much better for him to have the SEC kill it and take all the massive debt, enormous share count, and its long standing regulatory issues with it.
If the assets have any actual value (which is very questionable), he can just start a new company, acquire the assets from NEWC for nominal consideration, and start all over with the debt-free and tightly held company.
There is absolutely no financial reason to revive NEWC. It is much more in Campo's best interest to kill NEWC than it is to spend the time and money to revive it.
