I am not sure what your point is? That Wang won’t convert his preferred stock because he is a rookie and didn’t try to inflate the pps pre-split?

Seems to be a rather trivial point given his preferred increased in value by 100 fold due to the split and the AS was not reduced.

He will need buying volume post split anyways because that is when he would start to sell so in fact it would be smarter for him to hold off on news PR’s and the like to support the dilution POST split.
