Glad you were amused by that, however, the service
mark protects the counter clockwise loop and the underline
swoop. Choom is in the same business, so they are infringing
on Tweed's design. Cheech and Chong got ripped off by both
of them, but the movie title Is not in the same business as
Tweed and Choom. Choom has to change their loop and swoop
to come off a different letter other than the last one and they may
get away with it. I know you don't care, but it will be a concern in the
future.
