color, religion, or national origin, is TitleVIII of that law.

This seems like a good sign. At least the administration is shifting its focus toward housing. Also, fair housing ideals align more with the GSE's than other proposed housing finance models.

Not to mention that Republicans in particular don't typically care about discriminatory lending, so this stands out as a possible platform for Trump to stand on when admin reform happens. Better that than the notion that he's enriching his billionaire friends.
