#75765 RE: Smokenjoe1 #75762

Where was that in this post?

Below are my findings from my tour at ARYC. It should be noted first that there were no discussions beyond what has been announced prior to the public.

Let me first discuss the building, as some refer to it as an old warehouse.

ARYC is about one block away from the new Apple complex. I entered the glass doors into a large open area that could easily be used as a training/briefing area, or future additional clean room. Along the left (north) side of the complex are approximately five offices and the board room. To the right of the entrance doors are several other offices, but one is being used as a kids play room. Along the south side is a very large area used for lab work and fabrication/preparation stuff. Within the center are miscellaneous rooms/restrooms with a nice kitchen type area and break area with seating towards the center rear. The rear of the building, east side, is where all the magic happens with two large glassed in lab rooms (clean room). Based on my observations there is plenty of room for double capacity of equipment if needed. Hopefully this helped with visioning the interior.

When I first entered I was immediately greeted by Dr. Mark Schena. He initially showed me around and then I was introduced to VP Paul Haje. Paul explained the history of the Microarray technology and patents held by Mark. As we walked around I observed numerous others working in their offices. Next I suited up and entered the clean room and was shown the complete process of their blood examination.

As I mentioned earlier their lab and equipment is capable of handing approximately 7000 samples a week.

After the clean room experience I talked with Mark and Paul in the board room.

During our discussion it was obvious their working in stages and really want to get the allergy blood cards up and running at full capacity, similar to the old Theranos contracts. Mark said Theranos once tried to work with ARYC. Probably good that didn't happen. Paul showed me a map of the US and all the current locations where they currently are doing blood card business. I didn't sit there and count each one, but it was over 30+ locations throughout the USA. I also got the feeling their working on something huge with a large chain type company, which based on Paul's enthusiasm we may hear about it really soon.

Mark stated as each phase progresses he plans to add new stages of technology, such as disease analysis.

As far as the audit they both appeared to be very eager for the release of financials. They are also very aware of the shareholder discussions of wanting the financials released. Paul made several comments such as "When we release financials," It appeared they are eagerly awaiting word from RRBB. They also gave me the impression that the sells are much higher than reported.

Mark and Paul made it clear their technology is worth billions and have turned down 100+ millions of offers in the past for their technology.

There is probably more, so if I think of anything else I'll let you know.
