only difference in this offering and previous is the word Pre-funded.
Meaning fixed at certain price, going below certain price makes them lose their 5 million $ that they invested to purchase the warrants.
So would short the same company when you buy stocks of it? seriously?
oh and again you gonna need a very good luck with that short position next week.
