Hello fellow DIRV Shareholders

Im so Excited to be a shareholder here as the company is bringing in Massive Revenues; and appears to be hitting "Grand Slams" with landing a wide variety of contracts with National and International companies around the world!!

I must say I am taken aback to see such a Super company, low float, what appears to be favorable share structure and communicative CEO making things happen.

From food, to shoes to marijuana companies just to name a few, I like that our company is diversified and has multiple sources of income and "recurring revenue" coming in. It looks like we are already at $12 million dollars based on Our companies recent PR's.!!!

Fantastic!!! Go DIRV!!

With this in mind, coupled with some Excellent DD provided by fellow shareholders here on IHUB, I had a few questions for anyone that can assist me.

1. What is the current Outstanding Shares for DIRV? I've seen form T, I understand dilution is good when its for company purposes.

2. Approximately how much convertible debt is left to convert for DIRV?

3. Does anyone have contact with the CEO, and does he plan on putting out a shareholder update as far as uplifting to another exchange. I believe it is 30 days over .01 closing price to uplist.

4. Based on contracts, share structure etc, I feel we should be trading .10-.15 for Fair Market Value.
What share price short, medium term do you see here with DIRV!

5. Is there a way we can get some Nice Stickies posted like other IHUB boards that show the facts:
Current Float:
Outstanding shares:
Contracts:
Breakdown of Recurring Revenues:

6. Can we get fireworks or marijuana leaves put it up in IBOX, it looks ok, and I think we need more GLAM to make it stick out and Not look boring.

So, TEAMWORK is Solidified here lets get DIRV to silver, and paper.

200DMA has wicks pushed thru, and looking for next level here .04!!

Also, it would be nice to see CEO come out and assure investors and shareholders that in fact we have and will upgrade to the next board period.

WE HAVE AUDIT FINANCIALS!
WE HAVE MEGA REVENUE CONTRACTS!
WE HAVE LOW FLOAT!!
WE HAVE MANAGEMENT THAT COMMUNICATES AND REINVESTS $$ TO SHAREHOLDERS!
WE LANDED CONTRACTS WITH MAJOR 420 COMPANY.. MASSIVE REVENUES !! MULTI BILLIONDOLLAR INDUSTRY!!

GO DIRV!!

Happy Easter and look forward to your comments, and thoughts!
Thanks,

I keep wondering why company is able to keep conversion at a minimum despite 10-Q shows almost 2.8M in convertible debt and why pps is NOT in triple 000s and it seems like company is NOT doing conventional toxic financing like most penny companies do. The shares are issued with OID (original issue discount) at 5% interest rate.

It is interesting to know how OID works (link below)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Original_issue_discount

Here is example how it works

IF I lend you 100,000 dollars then principal amount is 100,000 but I give you original issue discount (say 70,000 dollars). So you get 100,000 dollars but with discount you pay only 70,000 initially then over time you pay interest rate based on terms of agreement (say 5%). Once you paid 5% (i.e 5% of 70,000 = 3500) that amount is added to OID so 70,000 OID + 3500 = 73,500 so next time you pay 5% interest on 73,500 and process continues until principal amount of 100,000 is reached.

The benefit of this type of financing is that you don't have to convert large amount of shares quickly it can be done over period of time until principal is paid off. On the flip side your debt obligation grows but by small percent not significantly.

I have also noticed that notes that were in default still shows up on balance sheet not sure why but my guess is that they are adding interest on default to principal amount hence it leads to fractionally higher debt obligations but good part is they don't have to convert all in once like most toxic financiers do.

I see some debt from 2016 or early 2017 still in the books though most of old debt is gone. I still see 3-5M shares per quarter conversion rate and next 10K will reveal exactly that.
