The market cap of this company is only $2.1 million dollars. That is well within the range of Harry's D&O coverage. I dont think we would have any problem getting that amount settled with his carrier.
You can do that and kill any chances of getting any money back or wait to see what the new announcements are about the future of the company and go from there. I can tell you that change in ownership is coming and current management is gone.
