I will say this .... the Chinese spelling of Xie Pingan does not match ... it only says Xie Pin or Xie Ping .... and my Chinese translator says that a Chinese person would not mess up on their own name ... so there is a question on that name for me .... and the other guy my research shows that Frank might have known him from Cathaway or whatever that name was.
