a SEPERATE SUBSIDIARY. Perfect circle will be the subsidiary controlled by adtm and formed by the both of them. Plutus and ADTM will be separate company's still with one being public and one being private. The reason Plutus needs John and ADTM is to sell and form relationships with people in the Cannibus industry. Plutus will be busy building their platform/coin/ money management system.
