I agree that around that .10 level should be the bottom, a lot of support around that area, plus the 200day MovingAverage is right there as well. Daily RSI has not been this low since almost a year...

It is also interesting that MMs would bring it down this low & try to scoop up cheap shares right when news started coming out about McConnell's Hemp Farming Act of 2018, which could be introduced to the Senate as soon as this upcoming week. This could be a huge catalyst for the hemp CBD industry, including FRFL subsidiary Leafceuticals, which until now has grown hemp under the Nevada Department of Agricultures Industrial Hemp Pilot project.
