10b5 CRIMINAL is where the SEC action
is heading. While thy originally had him CIVILLY, Felons don't get a second pass.
Someone in the DOJ wants him, which is why this dragged on.
You see there is no 5th amendment rights for Companies--all records and testimony are fair game.
Now I am NOT saying the following is Morally correct. BUT
The DOJ calls the SEC and tells them to drill down in certain areas where they could not get to easily IF THEY LAUNCHED a CRIMINAL ACTION.
The SEC collects the info--its now in the open domain and they lateral the case to the DOJ, and shares credit at the end.
That's my take on why this has "dragged on", remember the feds have all the time in the world, and near unlimited resources--which is why pissing them off isn't a good idea.
No Revenue, No Profit, Mountains of losses, and one step at a time closer to the case.
I bet Bruce is thinking Belize looking mighty good.
