Well the easy answer is, go look at all my posts before CAFC oral arguments. I have covered all of the other scenarios in detail.
Talked at length about moving on to district court, regaining claims, Oil states, and everything else under the sun.
remand is something new. Was not covered much if at all before oral arguments.
My repetitive style really didn't seem to bother most people when I was saying the things people wanted to hear. So it is less about the style and more about the content.
And I guess since a remand is not favorable, or what anyone wants to see, nobody wants to talk about it or its ramifications.
